Our Packhunts are self-guided outdoor challenges incorporating the best elements of traditional scavenger hunts, escape rooms and augmented reality - all playing in iconic Australian locations!

Our Mindcraft Packhunt in particular is specifically designed to thrill children... fast paced, high octane, and themed like their favourite videogame, Mindcraft will have your students (and their fun-loving parent helpers!) racing around Manly Beach to defeat the creepers before they destroy this sunny seaside biome! What kid wouldn't love playing a scavenger hunt that brings their favourite videogame to life?! And the best part is, they won't even realise you have them exercising their brains and bodies while playing our children's Packhunts!

    Absolutely!! Forget the more typical museum visit. A Packhunt is a fully immersive outdoor adventure... a totally awesome way to be a part of living hisotry!     We specialise in private group events (from 2 to 100+ people depending on location) that encourage healthy competition, a super exciting atmosphere and the best damn time you'll have exploring your own city!

  • 🧒 We are experts in accommodating school groups of 20 to 100+ guests

    Our Packhunts each have a maximum capacity of 6 players, but we've got hundreds of Packhunts available at any one time. For your school group, we'll divvy your  into groups of 6 players, then send your Packhunt teams off on a race to the finish line! And because we're able to control puzzle lines, we'll make sure each Packhunt team takes their own route towards the ultimate puzzle... no following the leader on a Packhunt!

    With Packhunts playing in central Sydney and Perth locations, and soon to be playing in Melbourne and Brisbane, we can host your school excursion Packhunt just about wherever you are in Australia!

  • 🗺️ WHERE DO I START AND END MY School excursion PACKHUNT?

    Your scholl group Packhunt booking confirmation will provide full details on your designated collection and start points, but if you're playing in Manly, you'll begin your hunt from Escape This Sydney, Manly Beach, and in Perth, at Escape This Northbridge.

  • 🚸 Are Packhunts a suitable activity for school aged children?

    Absolutely! Kinds LOVE our Mindcraft Packhunt, and with a minimum players age of just 9 years old, our Packhunt adventures make for a fantastic classroom activity!

  • ⌛ HOW LONG DOES A PACKHUNT School excursion EXPERIENCE LAST?

    Your Packhunt school excursion experience will last approximately 2 hours (including a briefing and debrief), depending on how fast you can solves the puzzles in your chose Packhunt. There will be a short briefing followed by a 90-minute game. After the experience, there will be a team photo, and a debrief, then it's back to school.

  • ✋ Will our Packhunt booking be exclusive to our school group?

    All bookings are exclusive to your group. At Packhunt Australia, This has always been (and will remain to be) our policy before, during and after Covid. So there's no chance your scholl group will be playing with strangers.
